I'm an Ottawa-based journalist, writer, editor, and podcast producer with over eight years of experience shaping the editorial landscape for established publications like FLARE, House & Home, and Girlboss. I've also written for ELLE Canada, The Kit, Toronto Star, The Globe & Mail, FASHION, and CBC Life. I love writing about the future of work, interior design, sex and relationships, and women's health and wellness.
